I am a creative problem solver, as I prefer digging deep into the core of the things, in order to find a solution that brings tangible results. I gained plenty of experience to be able to connect with different people from different cultures and fields, using a variety of tools:

- Over 11 years (still ongoing indirectly) in marketing and communication - from marketing materials to communication strategies to market analysis to annual marketing budgets to product analysis, branding and rebranding, and etc.

- 6 years as a head of product development in the EdTech industry. Gamificator, online and onsite trainer, speaker, mentor.  

- for the last 2 years - business owner and entrepreneur, project and cluster manager, with a focus on ICT.

 

Helping others grow and creating added value is what I find to be the most enjoyable.

Vilniaus Gediminas Technical University (Vilnius Tech) - bachelor degree in business management and administration.
Mykolas Romeris University - Master degree, MPA, audit of activities.
